Furrever Love Pet Grooming

The quoted price of grooming is a base price for dogs on a 6-week schedule with 2" of coat or less. The groomer reserves the right to charge extra fees for coat condition, handling, a difficult pet or excessive matting. The groomer reserves the right to charge a full coat fee for dogs with excessive coat for hand scissoring.

Texas state law requires us to have your pet's rabies vaccination information on file. We can accept paper proof of rabies in the form of a receipt from your veterinarian, photocopy on cell phone, or email copy from your veterinarian. In the event your pet has a health condition that prohibits it from being vaccinated, we will also accept a written vaccination wavier signed by your veterinarian.

You agree to disclose any health or behavior issues that could affect the grooming process. You will be held liable for any bites that require medical treatment and any property damage caused by your pet. If your pet is unable to be groomed safely, we reserve the right to refuse service. Any harm caused by your pet to any person, animal, or property is your responsibility. We may charge an additional handling fee for pets that have out of the ordinary requirements. Examples include dogs that are aggressive and bite or require an additional staff member to complete the groom. 

Pets with fleas will be given a mandatory flea bath with a $10 charge depending on the size of pet and severity of the infestation. Any ticks found will result in a $10 charge for the first 3 ticks, plus $1 for each additional tick found.

In the event of matting, we will try to save as much hair as possible. If there is excessive matting, we will need to carefully shave under the mats. The process can be painful for your pet, and may result in skin irritation, nicks, cuts, and bruises due to the matted hair pulling on the skin. Heavy matting may also conceal pre-existing conditions, such as fungal or bacterial infections. We will do our best to minimize discomfort to your pet, but we are not responsible for any injuries or medical issues due to this process. Our de-matting service is charged by the minute at $1 per minute rate if we brush it out. If the severity of the matts require us to shave them off, our rates will start at $10 and may increase with heavy matting. Our de-shed service is charged by the minute at $1 per minute rate. 

Pets that require extra care due to age, anxiety, or has disability will be subject to a specialized care charge and will be determined on a case by case basis. The specialized care charge covers the extra time out of the norm that is spent to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet. 

A 50% deposit will be required to schedule an appointment and will be applied to your total. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be taken as payment towards any cancellation, last minute reschedule, or no-show. 

We require notification of any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment by 5pm on the previous business day. In the event of a cancelation there will be a fee of 20% if cancelled less than 24hrs but not the same day of appointment, 30% if cancelled on the Same Day of appointment, and 50% for a No Call / No Show. Customers with repeated same day cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay the full price of the groom for future appointments.

We pride ourselves on only taking on appointment at a time, if you arrive later than 15 minutes of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $20 late drop off fee. Any later than 20 minutes and your appointment is subject to be rescheduled. Please refrain from any errands or activities that take you more than 30 minutes away from Furrever Love Pet Grooming during your scheduled appointment. We will call and/or text you 15 minutes before your pet is ready for pick up. Pets must be picked up within an hour of that call and/or text, or we reserve the right to charge a $25 boarding fee. In the event you do not pick up your pet before shop closes, your pet will be boarded off location and billed $100/night.

Female dogs cannot be in heat at the time of service. Due to the sanitation of our establishment, female dogs who arrive in heat will have to be rescheduled for another day.

We will occasionally use a photo of your pet in the salon either prior to or after any appointment to promote our business and services. If you do not want your pet's photo used in this manner, please let our staff know and we will make a note in your account.

In the event of an emergency, we will contact you and take your pet to the nearest veterinarian office for treatment. In the event you are not able to be contacted, Furrever Love Pet Grooming will act as your agent for the care of your pet. All vet expenses will be the responsibility of the pet owner unless injury is due to direct negligence of the groomer. We will not be held responsible for any sickness or injury caused by the pet to itself during grooming, or any accidental death of the pet due to a pre-existing health condition or natural disaster.

Furrever Love Pet Grooming will take every precaution to assure a safe environment for your pet. However, accidents do happen, and you will absolve Furrever Love Pet Grooming and all its groomers and staff from any and all responsibility involving injury, escape, damage, disease, or in extreme cases death, during and after their groomer appointment at Furrever Love Pet Grooming LLC

24 hours or less- 

Any client who cancels an appointment elss than the 24 hour mark, but not the same day of their appointment, will receive a charge of 20% of their service charged to their card on file

Same Day- 

Any client who cancels their appointment the same day of their scheduled appointment will receive a charge of 30% of their services charged to their card on file

No Call, No Show-

Any client who no call/no show for their scheduled appointment will receive a charge of 50% of their services charged to their card on file
